Bio
Joe Waving – Founder and Owner of Zelo Concierge.
Joe has been working in the luxury car market for more than 5 years, specialising in detailing and customer service, and within luxury customer service for 10 years.
His passion for cars started from an early age from his dad being a petrol head and he believed that the more exhaust pipes the faster the car, an adage that was not confirmed or denied by his dad!
Since then, he has become fascinated with finding a car with more than two. A Ferrari Testarossa with four exhaust pipes absolutely floored it down Tottenham court road and this was the first time he heard what cars could sound like and the addiction was born.
His experience and passion have allowed him to develop incredible expertise and key relationships with some of the industry’s leading specialists, and out of this, the Zelo Concierge was born.
